Petition to change the venue of Miss Universe 2013 from Russia
There is a petition made by a certain Francesco Pascuzzi of New Jersey, USA to change the venue of Miss Universe 2013 from Moscow, Russia because of a law condemning gays in the said country. The petition is addressed to Paula M. Shugart, the president of the Miss Universe Organization.
